Cancellation Policy

The Old Mill has a very strict cancellation policy, and we suggest getting travel insurance. We require a Visa or Master Card to hold each cabin at the time of booking.

The Willow: 50% non-refundable deposit is required, we also require a minimum of 3 nights for summer, and only a 2 night minimum in the fall, spring and winter.
The Cottonwood, Aspen, and Lodgepole: For stays of 3 nights or less we require at least 2 weeks notice to cancel your reservation. If less than 2 weeks are given, we will charge your card 50% of the total for each night booked.
The Cottonwood, Aspen, and Lodgepole: On stays of 4 nights or more we require a non-refundable 50% deposit.
ALL CABINS: We do not have roll-away beds, and extra guests beyond what each cabin sleeps are not permitted. If it has been determined that extra guests stayed, the card used to secure the room will be charged an extra $25 per night per person over the occupancy limit.
ALL CABINS: ON HOLIDAYS AND FAIR WEEKEND WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHTS AND A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT. THOSE HOLIDAYS INCLUDE:

Memorial Day, 4th of July, 1st weekend in August (Fair Week), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years

Smoking, & Pets

The Old Mill has a very strict smoking and pet policy. If it has been determined that any pets have been allowed, or smoking has occurred, there will automatically be an extra $100 charged to the credit card used to secure the room. If we as management have determined that more than $100 worth of damage has been done, we will charge what we feel is necessary to the credit card used to secure the room.

Rentals & Services

Snowmobile Rentals	2 Rentals available. Full Day $100, Half Day $80. Price Does Not include gas and oil. Ask about availability when booking.
Horse Rentals	The Outfitter we choose to refer our guests to is Flying Horse Services, owner is Gordon White, please call for prices. (307) 883-2557
Snake River Float Trips	We recommend our guests to Mad River, please visit their website for more information: www.mad-river.com
Local Events	For the most up to date list of local events, please e-mail us here at The Old Mill, and we will get you that information.
Golfing	There are 2 great courses near The Old Mill. The new Johnny Miller Signature Golf Course is only 2 miles from The Old Mill, and offers a nice 18 hole course. Call (307)885-3338 for a Tee time. The other courses are located at The Star Valley Ranch in Thayne Wyoming, a 25 minute drive from The Old Mill. They offer two 18 hole courses, and one 9 hole course. Please call (307)883-2230 for a Tee time.
The Bar J Wranglers	This is a must for anyone who wants to experience a fun, and truly Wyoming experience. Located in Jackson Hole Wyoming, just a short 69 mile drive from The Old Mill. Please call (800) 905-BARJ (2275) for prices and times.

Afton, Wyoming A whistle-stop 60 miles south of Jackson Hole, Afton is the yang to Jackson's Lexus-ridden yin. Local ranchers and businessmen wear their spurs on the town's single, facade-lined main street -- and you won't find any I FELT THE TETONS T-shirts for sale. But you do have your choice of eight mountain ranges, four of the state's best fly-fishing rivers, four national forests, and Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks right next door.
