Cancellation Policy

The Old Mill has a very strict cancellation policy, and we suggest getting travel insurance.  We require a Visa or Master Card to hold each cabin at the time of booking.         

•  The Willow:  50% non-refundable deposit is required, we also require a minimum of 3 nights for summer, and only a 2 night minimum in the fall, spring and winter. 
   

• The Cottonwood, Aspen, and Lodgepole:  For stays of 3 nights or less we require at least 2 weeks notice to cancel your reservation.  If less than 2 weeks are given, we will charge your card  50% of the total for each night booked. 
   

• The Cottonwood, Aspen, and Lodgepole: On stays of 4 nights or more we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. 
   

• ALL CABINS:  We do not have roll-away beds, and extra guests beyond what each cabin sleeps are not permitted.  If it has been determined that extra guests stayed, the card used to secure the room will be charged an extra $25 per night per person over the occupancy limit. 
   

• ALL CABINS: ON HOLIDAYS AND FAIR WEEKEND WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 2 NIGHTS AND A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% DEPOSIT.  THOSE HOLIDAYS INCLUDE:
   

        Memorial Day, 4th of July, 1st weekend in August (Fair Week), Labor Day.

Smoking, & Pets

•  The Old Mill has a very strict smoking and pet policy.  If it has been determined that any pets have been allowed, or smoking has occurred, there will automatically be an extra $100 charged to the credit card used to secure the room.  If we as management have determined that more than $100 worth of damage has been done, we will charge what we feel is necessary to the credit card used to secure the room.
