Every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and you will only be charged a $35 processing fee. We require a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to hold each cabin at the time of booking.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.

For stays of 3 nights or less we require at least fourteen (14) days notice to cancel your reservation. If less than fourteen (14) days are given, there will be a charge of 50% of the total for each night booked. Cancellations made on the day of arrival are considered NO SHOWS and are charged 100% for each night booked.

Stays of 4 nights or more require a non-refundable 50% deposit to be charged at the time you reserve your cabin.

We do not have roll-away beds, and extra guests beyond what each cabin sleeps are not permitted. Overcrowding the cabins or having more guests than detailed in the original reservation will result in a charge of up to $100.00.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Check-out: 11:00 AM.

The Old Mill has a very strict NO smoking and NO pet policy, failure to comply will result in a $500 charge to your credit card plus any damages to the cabin.

Please be aware that because of our secluded location in the mountains, that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, we cannot guarentee the speed, and no refunds will be given due to this.      


Stays over holidays, and Fair Week require a two (2) night minimum, and a non-refundable 50% deposit. These holidays include:

Memorial Day, 4th of July, 1st week in August (Fair Week), Labor Day.
